TOLCO Fig. 74 branch line restraint and upper attachment

The TOLCO Fig. 74 is a structural attachment for restraint (sway brace) & hanger assembly. It is used in fire sprinkler system, mechanical or electrical hanger applications in commercial buildings, universities, hospitals and government buildings.

Features

Can be used with multiple types of fasteners to attach to concrete, steel or wood structures
Accommodates 3/8" or 1/2" standard all threaded rod (ATR) as the restraint (brace) member
Multiple holes to allow various fasteners to attach to the structure
- Larger hole accommodates 3/8" (9.5mm) fastener
- Smaller hole accommodates ¼" (6.4mm) or #10 fasteners
Barrel rolls freely to allow installation angles from 0° to 90° from the mounting surface

Certifications & Standards

UL listed as a restraint for lateral bracing
FM approved as a sway brace attachment
Meets the requirements of NFPA 13 for sway bracing of fire sprinkler systems
UL listed as a hanger by UL for Fig 74 -A and Fig 74 -W/0 (with appropriately rated hardware) to support up to 4" (100mm) pipe
Ideal for use with Fig. 77 system piping attachment for restraint (sway brace) attachment
